Managing Director
Tafadzwa Nduviwa is a visionary leader in sustainable farming, trade facilitation, and economic inclusion, with over a decade of expertise driving agricultural innovation and global market access. As Founder of Global Crop Exports, she has built a platform that empowers small-scale producers, establishing sustainable supply chains, cooperative structures, and capacity-building programs that connect local farmers to international markets.
With extensive free zone experience, Tafadzwa has cultivated strategic international partnerships and facilitated cross-border collaborations that enhance trade opportunities. Her expertise spans economic development, export logistics, and market entry strategies, ensuring businesses thrive in competitive global environments. She is also a member of the Zimbabwe Business Council UAE, further strengthening her influence in regional trade and business advocacy.
Her strong academic foundation includes a Bachelor of Science Honor’s in Economics (University of Zimbabwe), Diploma in Zones Management, Diplomas in Business and Accounting (ACCA), and certifications in Free Trade Agreements, Special Economic Zones, and Data Science certificate (IBM). Combining strategic vision with hands-on expertise, she consistently delivers impact in agricultural development and international trade.
Shaped by her upbringing in a small-scale farming family, Tafadzwa carries a deep, firsthand understanding of the challenges and opportunities in agriculture. This foundation fuels her unwavering commitment to positioning Zimbabwe as Africa’s breadbasket—championing innovation, economic empowerment, and sustainable growth on a global scale.
Josh Zinzombe
Production Director
Josh Zinzombe is a passionate and visionary youth agripreneur, sustainability advocate, and dynamic agriculture development leader based in Shamva, Zimbabwe. With over 12 years of hands-on experience in smart agriculture, renewable energy, climate change adaptation, and rural youth empowerment, Josh has built a reputation as one of the country’s most influential voices in sustainable farming and agri-innovation.
He is the Founder and CEO of Greenfarms Organics, an agroecology-based enterprise that has trained over 12,000 farmers across Zimbabwe in conservation agriculture, irrigation, biogas, and greenhouse technologies. As the National Youth Coordinator for the Zimbabwe Farmers Union (ZFU) and a key contributor to several continental youth agricultural platforms—including the Pan African Farmers’ Organization (PAFO) and SACAU—Josh has shaped major regional policies such as the Youth Manifesto and Indigenous Poultry Policy.
Josh’s expertise spans climate-resilient farming, youth agricultural training, poultry nutrition, and circular economy practices. He has represented Zimbabwe on international platforms such as COP28 in Dubai, the Africa Climate Week, and multiple regional climate and food system summits. He is also a trusted media figure, hosting shows on ZBC TV and participating in national campaigns on climate change, food security, and sustainability.
His work has earned him several national awards, including:

Josh is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science Honours Degree in Agriculture Management and continues to build his knowledge through international professional courses in project management, climate security, and sustainable development.

Ayshwarya Girish
Logistics Manager
Ayshwarya Girish a post graduate in National Security Studies, currently working in logistics, specializing in the import of goods. Her expertise extends to navigating Dubai Port operations and handling the complexities of import documentation, ensuring smooth and efficient supply chain management.
Her academic background supports strategic thinking and risk management skills, which is applied to the logistics sector, where global dynamics and security considerations play a vital role in agricultural trade. This expertise helps ensure not only the timely delivery of products but also the protection of supply chains in an increasingly interconnected world.
Growing up in a family where her grandparents nurtured a deep passion for farming, agriculture has always been close to her heart. Their commitment to the land and sustainable farming practices instilled in her a profound appreciation for the industry.
